Moving? Open Home Tips to Sell Your Home Even Faster

When you want to move, an “Open Home” is a great way to showcase your current house to prospective buyers. Use these valuable tips to set up an Open Home that excites and engages people, so that you sell your home even faster than you thought was possible.
  • Plan for the Weekend
Plan to set up the Open Home on the weekend. Many people work Monday to Friday, so they have weekends off. When they’re looking for a new property to purchase, then it makes sense that they would choose the weekend to look for it. So don’t miss out on the working folks by holding the event during the middle of the week – instead, make it Saturday or Sunday to attract the most people.
  • Advertise in Newspapers
Now that you’ve planned the day for the event, it’s time to market it. After all, if people don’t know about the event then how will they know to attend? Great ways to advertise are in newspaper and Internet.
