Looking back and looking ahead

With the end of 2016 on the horizon, it is a good time to look back on what been achieved in the year that is coming to an end. 

However we have decided to look back further than the beginning of 2016 and reflect on how far we have come since the opening of our Iver office in 2008. 

Since opening the Richings Park office we have become well respected member of the local community. This position has been achieved by becoming the first estate agents in the locality to open seven days a week and to use local radio to get our message across.

The old saying goes “From little acorns big oak trees grow”.

The success of the “acorn” in the Iver area Oakwood Estates continued to grow.

Building on the drive and success of the Richings Park office a further three offices have been opened. The Old Windsor branch opened in 2012, followed swiftly by Datchet in 2013.

Finally the West Drayton Branch was opened in November of this year; 2016.

2015 was also a great year for us; we won ESTAS gold in the best letting agency category in Buckinghamshire, and the bronze in the category for property management in the South of England.

Along the way we have received very positive feedback from our satisfied clients, and have built up a fleet of 13 branded smart cars.

We have achieved this success by offering all our clients a first class service from the very dedicated and experienced teams from all of our branches.

By being open seven day a week and available for twenty four house a day, the sales and letting side of the business are able to make transactions go smoothly. This has made Oakwood Estates s achieve the reputation as an agency people can trust.  

And we will be taking this drive and energy with us into 2017 with the opening a new branch in Burnham.

This addition will further enhance our reputation as progressive estate agency.

With the dedication of our staff Oakwood Estates will continue to enjoy the success in 2017 we have enjoyed in the previous years.
